We're being asked often, what would be the best sender ID.

Well, the answer is inconclusive.

It's usually best to use the brand's name an a sender ID and not to use casual names. It might increase your SMS open rate (which you won't see anyway) but you might get blocked due to thousands of other advertisers using the same names or local rejection\block rules set by angry recipients - long story short, carriers don't like it!

If you're a marketer and sending high volumes, you might {want|to|rotate} your sender IDs using our smart tags.

Sending messages from Maria, David, Ruth or Donna - is not recommended as well as from Google, Apple and Amazon (unless you work there...which you probably don't).

Bottom line - keep it real.
