You can rotate content within your SMS by adding multiple words separated by pipe | between curly brackets: {word1|word2|word3}.

Include it in a sentence like this:
{Hi|Hello|What's up} {first_name},
Click here {link}

You can even rotate FROM name like this Jonathan|Michael|Alexander (without curly brackets).
