The SMS.Studio ChatBot is intuitive and easy to use.

Simply click on the + button next to "Chatbot", define your action which could be 'Reply', 'Add to List' or Unsubscribe.

Note that the Chatbot will work only if you have purchased a dedicated number from us that is capable of receiving incoming texts.

Example for 'Unsubscribe'
If you set for example '0,stop' as a reply - users that will reply with either "0" or "stop" will be added to your suppression list.

Example for 'Add to List"
If you set for example "join" as a reply - users that will reply with "join" will be added to your a list of your choice. This could be useful to trigger an autoresponder in case you wish to send a campaign or a series of campaigns.

Example for 'Reply'
If you set for example 'yes' as a reply - users that will reply with "yes" (or any other positive feedback) can be replied with a short message. This is useful in case you wish to verify whether a user wishes to receive a promotional link from you.
